Your first kit

A squat stand or rack, a 20 kg bar, 100 kg of bumpers and a bench cover squat, bench, press, deadlift and rows. Add dumbbells and a kettlebell once the basics are in.
Garage gym

A concrete slab is the best floor for heavy kit. Lay 20 mm tiles under the rack, leave 60 cm past each end of the bar, anchor the rack into the slab and check the door track clears the top.
Spare or small room
03
Upstairs floors sit on timber joists, so keep racks and loaded bars on the ground floor where you can, and ask a builder before going heavy upstairs. Under 2.3 m of ceiling, pick the 183 cm squat stand or adjustable dumbbells.

Self-assembly & anchoring
Racks, stands, benches and storage trees arrive flat-packed; dumbbells, plates, bars and tiles are ready to use. Bring a 19 mm spanner, a spirit level and a second pair of hands.
Anchor racks into a concrete slab with M12 sleeve anchors — not supplied, because the right fixing depends on your floor. Renting or on boards? Stand the rack on 20 mm tiles and load the storage horns instead.

Parcels up to 30 kg go by tracked courier in 2–4 working days. Orders placed by 1 pm on a working day are packed the same day.

Racks, plates
and pallet freight
Racks, stands, benches, bars, plate sets and flooring travel on a pallet or with a two-person crew in 3–7 working days. The carrier calls the day before with a two-hour slot.
- Delivered to your door or open garage, ground floor only
- Single boxes weigh up to 58 kg — have a second person ready
- Lorries need a clear, level approach: mention steep drives, gravel or narrow lanes in the order comment
14-day returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of delivery, then send the item back within a further 14 days. We refund the item and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving it.
- Return postage is yours; for pallet items we quote a collection up front
- Built or used beyond a shop-floor check? We may reduce the refund for the loss in value
- Faulty or damaged on arrival: we collect and repair, replace or refund at no cost

warranty
Every item carries its manufacturer’s warranty, confirmed on your order paperwork. Send us a photo and your order number and we handle the claim with the maker.
